Objectives
The Summer School on Antimicrobial Resistance aims to provide updated information on:

Mechanisms of bacterial antimicrobial resistance

Antimicrobial resistance on a One Health perspective

New methodological approaches to study antimicrobial resistance

Application of NGS strategies to explore bacterial mechanisms of resistance

Main findings of the BIOSAFE Project (http://biosafe.ihmt.unl.pt/)

Dates To Remember

Period of attendance: 12th-15th September (Monday to Thursday)

Schedule: 9.30-12.30h (Lisbon time, WET)
Format: Online-only (using the Zoom platform). Tutorials plus online exercises.
Requirements: applicants are required to have access to Zoom and a stable internet connection
Fee: free attendance.
Participation certificate will require the attendance of at least 3/4 of the course.
Duration: 3 hours/day, 4 days
